The local transfercompany’s you work with are excellent but the service provided by Mytransfer is disappointing!! I send an email like requested for change of date for the transfer to the airport but never got a answer? Called the customer service number IN SPAIN from Turkey ( call charge was 24€ from a Belgium phone) waited for 30min to get some one who told me you need to send an email. Result: driver still came and had to book a new transfer.
