Dear sirs, We have booked a mini van (capacity of mx 6 persons) however a smaller car picked us up. I don’t want to complain about the car itself but it wasn’t the car we have booked. Secondly we have also booked a child seat which unfortunately wasn’t available. And moreover the reservation said that we would receive water bottles which would have been highly appreciated after our flight, but also not available. Best regards, Michael Malacek

The service was excellent. Driver was punctual and the vehicle was clean. Children's car seats were supplied as requested. The only difficulty was finding the driver at the airport but it was not the driver's fault. Due to Covid they we're not allowed in the airport terminal so we had to go outside to find him.

Slight difficulty in finding the driver, not his fault, Covid meant he had to wait outside the airport and there was a large group of school children arriving on our flight and all their parents were outside waiting for them and it was very busy. With a couple of WhatsApp messages we soon connected. After that the driver was brilliant, let us know how long the journey would be, friendly chat. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Unfortunatelly our driver didn‘t understand English. But he was very patient and kind.
All ok except for the fact that the driver left us at the wrong terminal despite having previously communicated vnumber flight and airline (Ryanair) T1 instead of T2.. We had to take bus Di cambio between terminals.
