Plane was delayed for 24 hours due to high winds in Funchal, contacted the customer services an got a reply telling me I hadn’t given my booking reference (DOH!!) so sent a reply almost instantly after getting msg….then I had to wait for a response…I waited….and waited…and waited, and chased and waited …NOT A WORD from Customer service…so resigned ourselves to the fact we had lost the transfer. Arrived in Madeira 24 hours late and prepared ourselves to having to go it alone and get taxi…but-am...
