The driver, the car and all related aspects of the transfer were 5 stars. I am not happy with the communication with My Transfer's personnel, more precisely the lack of response from such employees when I requested the change of transfer date due to us loosing the flight. I had to arrange directly with local services provider from Taormina Transfer (who was very proactive and prompt in helping me).
